Topra Pak


Ingredients:

  • 16 oz. Ricotta Cheese(keep container to use as measurement)
  • One container Milk Powder(Carnation or similar brand)
  • Half or little more than half container Sugar
  • Finely shredded coconut
  • 1 small pint Whipping cream
  • Cardamon Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Ghee

Method:

  • Take a non-stick vessel. Turn heat on medium. Add ghee and allow it to melt.
  • Once melted, add the ricotta cheese stir well. 
  • Keep stirring till all water is evaporated, add whipping cream and stir again.
  • Add sugar, cardamon powder, coconut. Stir about 10 to 15 minutes. 
  • Add Milk powder in the end and stir well. Remove from flame and keep aside.
  • When its warm enough to handle,make flat balls and place them on a greased dish. 
  • Press a few slices of almond and serve at room temperature or chilled.
