Topra Pak
Ingredients:
- 16 oz. Ricotta Cheese(keep container to use as measurement)
- One container Milk Powder(Carnation or similar brand)
- Half or little more than half container Sugar
- Finely shredded coconut
- 1 small pint Whipping cream
- Cardamon Powder
- 2 Tbsp Ghee
Method:
- Take a non-stick vessel. Turn heat on medium. Add ghee and allow it to melt.
- Once melted, add the ricotta cheese stir well.
- Keep stirring till all water is evaporated, add whipping cream and stir again.
- Add sugar, cardamon powder, coconut. Stir about 10 to 15 minutes.
- Add Milk powder in the end and stir well. Remove from flame and keep aside.
- When its warm enough to handle,make flat balls and place them on a greased dish.
- Press a few slices of almond and serve at room temperature or chilled.
